I created a motion graphic onboarding video for the Volkswagen sales tool, "Live Beratung" (Live Consulting), which facilitates real-time car configuration between dealers and customers. The project demanded meticulous planning: I personally storyboarded and designed the style frames, carefully mapping out the visual narrative. Furthermore, I worked directly with the client, presenting concepts to secure final approval on all visual assets. The final video was prominently featured on the Volkswagen website, successfully preparing customers before their Live Beratung session, thereby streamlining the sales process and enhancing the overall customer experience.
